This project was part of a post-doc research carried on behalf of the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil. A cooperation between Electric Cyberdance Research Group and Slash Art Tech Lab.
The research investigated interactive technologies to be applied to contemporary creation in dance, to construct scenes, installations and other artistic formats. Through interdisciplinary experiments we created interfaces and provoked discussions and theoretical studies about the relationship between real and virtual bodies and spaces in dance creation processes in augmented reality.
We created a scale model as a prototype and programed an augmented reality software and a mapping projection design.
